It's been rather busy around here lately. Sorry for the lag in posts. Right now I am just about finished editing an awesome wedding and then I'll have lots of fun shoots to post. . . .

On a quick side note,

I am booked solid for the rest of the month. I have limited availability for the rest of the year with no weekends available. Also, as most of you know, it's getting cold outside (hence the snow). I can still take pictures outdoors as long as you bundle up. Remember, I am primarily an on-location photographer. Therefore, I have limited studio portrait options. I just wanted to have everyone keep this in mind when you are booking an appointment.

Kelly and John had both their ceremony and reception at Zukas Hilltop Barn located in Spencer, MA. Everything was AMAZING! Zukas is a wonderful wedding venue. Everyone was so friendly and the food was great! Enjoy the sneak peek!

I just loved this moment. The backdrop is so picturesque and the expressions are awesome..

The bouquets and the brides headpiece were made by Sprout located in Worcester, MA. They did a beautiful job...

Zukas has so many gorgeous places for pictures....

The bride bought fresh wild flowers from Kelly's Farm Stand in Upton, MA. She collected all of the vases from antique shops and arranged the centerpieces herself. I LOVE the way they turned out. The color in them is just beautiful!

The cake was made right at Zukas. Gorgeous!

There was dancing and fun all night thanks to Rockin' DJ service out of Leicester, MA. I felt like dancing the whole time I was there! That's when I know a DJ is good!!

DJ ErickC and Baby Jordan's Benefit : Worcester, MA Photographer

A few weeks ago, I took some pictures for ErickC. You might recognize him from his past mock engagement session with my good friend Laura. He made a new website for his DJ business and he wanted a few images for it. So here's what we came up with! Make sure to check him out! http://www.djerickc.com/
Erick is the DJ at a benefit coming up on October 3rd. It's for a little baby named Jordan. Jordan arrived into this world on June 19th, 2009. He was born with low muscle tone that prohibits him from swallowing. He has a tube that goes into his stomach that provides him with nutrition. Dr's are still trying to find out the reason he has low muscle tone. In the meantime, Jordan is putting along and making great progress. He is now in rehab as opposed to the NICU. His mom and dad are eager to get him home. This benefit is being held in hopes of making the transition an easier one for the family. Maybe even get them a larger living space. . . Fall is pretty much here! It's getting cold outside. . . . Do you know what that means??? The Holidays are right around the corner! Patrick caught two frogs at once!! He takes after his mom. . . . Abby exploring... Sean was standing right next to them saying "Abby, do niiiice....." So that she didn't squeeze the poor thing...

and she didn't... But, it was time to let him go. She said "Ewwwww"

Because Patrick was such a good boy for these pictures, we took him to the skate park for a few minutes.. He's never tried it before... He looked a little nervous.....

He needed to get pulled out of the whatever it's called. He couldn't get out himself hahaha

It was a little less scary going down those hills sitting rather than standing...

Sorry for the lag in posts. I've been pretty busy with lots of different things! Things that include (but are not limited to) this specific senior session and my car that broke down right after it!!! First up is Baby "A". She was only 3 days old in these pictures!! Congratulations to Mariclaire and Dan! You have a beautiful little baby girl. She is just precious!!

I am always taking pictures of my children. The sad thing is that my house is lacking the portraits that I take. The problem... I can never choose which pictures I want to make really big and display. There are soo many. Then when I narrow it down to a few, finding a frame becomes the next task. I usually quit at this point because by this time, I've taken more pictures with my camera that I like better. So the cycle repeats itself. I finally picked a picture and ordered it HUGE for Pat's room. I love it! I didn't even have to order a frame because it's a Gallery Wrap made with canvas. It wraps around all four edges and sits on the wall like a painting. It's my work of art and I love it!! Here are a few pictures of my new addiction. . .

Wow, this wedding was a blast! I'm looking through all of the pictures and I can't stop smiling. This has to be the happiest couple I've photographed yet!! She made such a beautiful bride. Steph, I LOVE your backyard! The lighting and the trees were just magnificent. It was defiantly the PERFECT place for a few pre-ceremony pictures! I'm sure while looking at these pictures you'll be smiling too! Enjoy the sneak peek, I wish I knew how to do a slide show. That would have been a lot easier than posting all of these. Well, I guess learning how to do that is now on my long list of things to do!

I traveled down to CT a couple of weekends ago for a family shoot that was planned as a gift for a 90th birthday party! Their grandmother is turning 90 soon and they decided to get together and take some group portraits! The day was beautiful as was the location and family. Here are a few of my favorites!

Kristin and JB - Spencer Country Inn Wedding Photographer

A couple of weekends ago I had the opportunity to photograph Kristin and JB's Wedding at the beautiful Spencer Country Inn. It was planned as an outdoor wedding. While I was driving there to meet the bride for getting ready pictures, it was raining. It turned out to be the most perfect day ever! Everything was gorgeous. . . 1 Year Old!! --Fitchburg, MA

Last week I took one year pictures of Little "E". The day of the session she felt a little under the weather but she made the best of her photo shoot and gave us some extra cute photographs to work with. Amanda and Don- Engagement Pictures- Worcester, MA

This is probably my longest post yet!! Two weekends ago I shot Amanda and Don's engagement pictures. They were up for pretty much anything so I took them to a few very different places around Worcester. Their wedding is next May and from what I hear, it's going to be quite the party!!! They even had a custom tux made for their dog, Bentley!!!

I call them the organized family because Beth and Dave are two of the most organized parents I know. They have four young, beautiful, well-behaved, and well-mannered children and I swear they could have more and stay just as organized. I don't know how you two do it! It's stressful enough for me with only two! I give you lots of credit! Without further ado, meet the "B" family. . .
Here's the youngest of the group. She's about 9 months old and how precious is her hair????

Here are a few more from Baby "C". Yesterday my husband brought to my attention that I use the word "cute" way too often on this blog. I stay up till all hours of the night editing pictures and then when I'm finished, I usually update my blog. I don't usually re-read what I write. OOps!! So, when I started to write this post, I was going to say little "C" is such a cutie!! But, I held back and took into consideration what he said. Sorry Sean, but this time I can't resist. This little baby is sooo cute and starting now, I swear I am going to start using a thesaurus. . .

After rescheduling twice due to rain, we were finally able to take a trip to the Boston Public Garden for a few family pictures. The day was perfect as was the location. Lots of favorites from this session. Here are a few. . .

A few weekends ago I photographed the wedding joining Wendy and Dave. The rain actually held of for the entire day!! Yay! Well, I have to say, there was so much joy and love surrounding this couple. Their wedding was so much fun and I'm happy they chose me to document it. . Wendy and Dave, I had a wonderful time photographing your wedding and I thank you for giving me this awesome opportunity. Little, Tiny "Z" is Getting Bigger!!

Some of you might remember "Z" from her newborn post back in February. She was born at the end of January and was a cute, little, tiny preemie. Well, I'm happy to report she is beautiful and growing soo fast! She is 5 months old and she's just about tripled her birth weight! Go "Z"! Here are a few of my favorite from this session. . .

Two weekends ago, I took pictures of an entire family. It all started with this good looking couple below. . .
and it ended up with all of these awesome people!We took pictures in Grandpa's yard. It is BEAUTIFUL. He has tons and tons of perennials and does all of the landscaping himself... Here's a peek. . .

This little girl is 9 months old and she's already on the move. Watch out mom and dad!! She's going to be walking real soon! Congratulations!! Remember this beautiful mom from a few weeks ago from her maternity session? It seems like so long ago and now her beautiful baby boy is finally here!! He is such a cute little boy. He looks very similar to his older brother. Here are a few of my favs from this family!

Look at this cute little boy. And, I emphasize little BOY! He totally is one who's into the whole snakes and snails and puppy dog tails thing. The whole shoot he was looking for bugs saying "bug, bug?" He would flip over every rock he saw to find them!! Haha soooo cute! Here are a few of my fav's from this family.... Growing so Fast!!

Last week I had the opportunity to photograph a family I met 8 months ago for newborn portraits. I LOVE watching children grow! They change so much during the first year and it's sooo important to capture each moment.

We took pictures in their brand new yard!! They just moved into a beautiful new home two weeks ago!! I can't even tell you how gorgeous their yard is. It's like something out of a fairy tail. We went exploring. There's a cute little bridge and a little stream too! It's a magical little area. Take a look at some of my favs. . .

This picture below cracks me up hahahah!!! She does "oga" with her mom. Here was one of her moves!

This little cutie was the first newborn to be photographed in my very popular "basket"!! So, you know I had to bring it along to take some comparison pictures. Here's the link to her newborn session.

I met Laura freshman year in college and over the years we've developed into the best of friends. She is AWESOME!! We lived together for 3 years in college and we used to always eat Regatta's. They are the BEST and if you live in the area you know what they are. They are known for having very LARGE, delicious sandwiches. So, the other day when Sean brought me home a Regatta and Abby wanted it, I couldn't help but to think of "our" picture. hahahaha I love it!! Remember??? Little "M" was about 10 days old in these pictures. I think she weighed in at a whooping 9lbs 6oz!! She slept pretty much the entire shoot.. Here are a few of my favs...

Lots and lots of laughs this past Saurday. . . This little one year old boy (almost two but not yet) is the cutest boy ever!! He smiled the whole time making my job extra easy!! It was the day before Mother's Day AND it was this mom's birthday!! Sorry about the little delay in posting but I have so many fav's that it was difficult to choose. I took these pictures a few weeks ago and I've been so busy that it took a little while to blog them. So, here they are, cute little one and two year old siblings.
We started the shoot at their house in the yard...

We went inside for a quick snack and drink. . .

Then, off to the park we went. . .

Then we went on a little walk...

We ended at this beautiful tree. It was an awesome spring background and the children really enjoyed playing around it... So, I was happy to get their smiles!

Cute Little Newborn Boy!

Welcome to the world little "J"! The other day I had the opportunity to photograph a 10 day old little baby and his family! He was so alert for nearly the whole shoot. He just looked around and took it all in. I swear he knew to smile for my camera. His mom has already trained him well. For starters, here's the second picture I took. Little "J" was smiling!! I love this one below. He was in his daddy's arms...

He's a police officer. So, mommy really wanted to incorporate his hat. . .

Here's big brother "L". We managed to watch every Disney movie made during the time I was there!!

He is such a cutie and was so good to his new little brother...

Little "J" had an adorable nursery. His mom is SOOOO good at interior decorating. Everything was complete and organized and soooo cute!!!

This was his brothers room. His dad worked hard on these stripes and once again, this room was AWESOME too!

First Communion

Last weekend I had the pleasure of photographing a little girl prior to making her First Communion. I am so happy with the results! It was my first First Communion. Last weekend I took pictures of a beautiful couple who is expecting. In just a few more weeks, they are due to have a little baby boy! We started the shoot outside across the street from my house (thanks again Steve and Katie!!!).

Here are a few of my favorites from a recent session. This is a family that consists of three beautiful children. I work at the hospital with their mom. We started the shoot across the street in my neighbor's gorgeous yard (thanks Steve and Katie!!!) and we finished up at the red bridge.

Maternity "J"

Early in the am last week, they came to my house for a maternity/mom-son shoot. I have so many favorites from the session that I had trouble picking images to post on this blog. Her 21 month old boy has to be the cutest boy ever! He has the biggest most beautiful eyes! It wasn't hard to figure out where he got them from after seeing his mom. Mom's due to have another little boy in just one short month. I can't wait to meet the new addition!

We started out with the studio style portraits...

The little man really wasn't into posed pictures :-) These ones were way more fun!
